Will you ever use our call out stairlift service?
The chance that you will see a technician coming back again after installation or repair a stairlift is extremely rare. And that’s a good thing. But accidents do happen. For example, it occasionally happens that an object is accidentally trapped in the path of a stairlift.
A clamp protection is included as standard on every stairlift. The stairlift will then automatically switch off. However some parts can be damaged by the object.

How much is a servicing contract including call outs if anything goes wrong?

My Mother is looking for a maintenance contract for her 2 stannah 600 stair lift. She lives in central Rochdale and the lifts are around 10 years old.
